Overview

VectorLab is a biomechanic assessment and evaluation tool designed for coaches. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data in our mobile app and web platform.

Data We Collect

Most fields are optional. Only first name and last name are required for clients.

Coach Information

• Name, email address, phone number
• Year of birth
• Professional credentials (license number, specialty, organization)
• Unit preference (metric/imperial)
• Device identifier (for device registration and account security)

Client Information

• Name, date of birth, email, phone number
• Physical attributes (sex, weight, height)
• Activity level and sports participation
• Background notes (optional context provided by coach)
• Emergency contact information

Measurement Data

• Range-of-motion values
• Sensor time-series data from device sensors
• Photos captured for photo-based measurements
• Session timestamps and duration
• Session notes entered by coaches

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
• Advertising identifiers
• Contacts or other device data

How We Use Your Data

• Provide biomechanic evaluation and exercise suggestion services
• Generate session reports for coaches and clients
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Sync data between mobile app and cloud storage

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Exercise suggestion rules and logic are processed server-side only and are never transmitted to mobile devices, ensuring proprietary evaluation criteria remain protected.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only accessible to:

• The coach who created the client record
• Platform administrators for support purposes

Data Retention

Client and measurement data is retained as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your data is preserved but access is suspended until renewed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion option.

Your Rights

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (available in-app via your profile screen)
• Export your data in a portable format
